INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams Pink Oyster Mushrooms can use any other mushrooms as well
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 2 Steaks
- 1 Onion
- 230 ml 2% cream
- 3 pinches Salt
- 3 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: dice your onion, cut off woody ends of asparagus and cut mushrooms into small chunks. Also take this time to season your steak with 1/2 - 1 tbsp of pepper.

Heat up 1 tbsp of oil in a pot on medium heat, once hot add in onion and mushrooms. Let cook until onions are translucent. Add in the cream and 2 tbsp of pepper, stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.

In a pan heat up 1 tbsp of oil and cook your asparagus until it is chard while sauce is simmering.

In a seperate pan (or BBQ) cook your steak to your preference, once done let it cool for a few minutes while you plate the other ingredients.

Spread the sauce out onto a plate. Place the asparagus on top of the sauce and then slice your steak and place it ontop of the asparagus. Season with some salt and pepper then serve.
